一排长长的木板屋

挂满了五颜六色的布料

一朵朵的大阳伞

像极了蓝色的花瓣

阳伞下排满了

琳琅满目的纪念品

一串串的吊饰

一幅幅的彩画

街上人潮为患

汗流浃背地寻寻觅觅

凉亭里坐着

垂垂欲睡的人儿

An Afternoon At Ubud

A row of wooden houses

 colourful cloth draped at the verandah

the giant umbrellas

liken to the blue blossoms

dotted along the dusty pavement

Souvenirs hung everywhere

with streams of ornaments and 

pieces of vibrantly coloured paintings

attracted hordes of visitors

hunting for their cups of tea

Undeterred by the scotching weather 

hordes of people moved along

sweats soaked to the skin

except for the exhausted lots

dozing off in the refuge of the roadside gazebo

Ubud Bali 巴厘岛乌布 


I came to Ubud at a terribly hot afternoon. But the beautiful arrays of souvenirs sold there were an interesting sight to behold. I like to see those who took refuge under the roadside gazebo, hidden away from the unbearable heat.

我在一个炎热的下午来到乌布。 虽然天气热得令人难受，但那琳琅满目的纪念品的确令人开怀。我喜欢看那躲在凉亭的人们，悠哉闲哉地，乐在其中。
