已烟消云散

人去楼空

灰白的房瓦

像极了苍白的发丝

偎缩在四处攀沿的枝桠下

幸有青葱的草地

引来踏青的旅人

倾听那不老的传说

The Legend Passes Down

The thick white wash

conceals the tales of ages

All the frets and frowns

are gone with the wind and clouds

leaving behind this emptiness around

The grey white rooftop

liken to the silver grey hair

huddles beneath the snarling twigs

But, the green green grass around

trodden with steps of tireless feet

welcomes the ears to the legend

passed down in generations

Comment : Turku or Abo is a small town divided into halves by the beautiful Aura River. To reach the Turku Castle, do not cross the river. Just stroll along the scenic river bank until the end. You will be thrilled by the unexpected beauty along the banks. The castle is tucked in a corner on the right. It is a charming castle which will definitely lead your mind to wander into its buoyant and dreadful past.
