一座毛茸茸的山上
屹立着一座座佛塔
像是头上戴上金环
的齐天大圣孙悟空
A Hairy Mountain
On this hairy mountain top
stand the golden pagodas
like the great monkey god
with the golden crown on his head
Mt. Popa, Nyaung U Myanmar 缅甸娘乌波巴山
From afar, Mt.Popa is an unusual sight. The first impression it gave me was that it looks like a hairy mountain with a golden crown on top. It was actually the monastery built atop. The stairs to the peak are quite comfortable with roofed shades as well as benches on both sides for tired travellers to rest. However, beware of the notorious monkeys at the foothill. They would snatch food away from visitors' hands.
从远看，波巴山还真的像只毛茸茸的猴子，头山的金色佛塔好像它的金环。上山的台阶还蛮舒服的，有遮阳的锌顶，左右两旁还有供游客休息喘气的凳子。不过得小心山脚下的顽猴，随时都会把游客手中的食物抢走。
