                                                         那洁白的果肉，
                                                         切成片片的莲花瓣，
                                                         意味着出自于污泥，
                                                         带有那不染的精神。

                                                          那一摊的莲花，
                                                          能洗除周围的污浊？
                                                          那洁白的果香，
                                                          能保住它的芳香？
                                                       
                                                       The Coconut and The Lotus

                                                            The snow-white kernel,
                                                            cut in the shape of  petals,
                                                            of a lotus in a filthy pond,
                                                            stays unsoiled, remains pure.

                                                            The white pure lotus,
                                                            Can the surrounding mud be disposed?
                                                            The white fragrant kernel,
                                                            Will your fragrance be preserved?

Comment：Sorry to say that the city of Kathmandu is undoubtedly messy and noisy. But out of this messy and disorderly disposition, the creative vendors there are a sight to behold. Thanks to these vendors!

评语： 加德满都城市处处脏乱无比，但细心观察城里的小贩，还真有些创意， 呈现美丽的一面给予这脏乱不堪的市面。加德满都人应该感激这些小贩。
